The Brain and the Mind

The brain is the central command post of every human activity; each and every bodily activity finds directives from the brain. The physical brain is divided into two hemispheres namely the right and the left hemispheres; each hemisphere has unique functions for the total body performance. The subconscious mind on the other hand represented the unaware state of mind by definition this part of the mind is concealed from the conscious state. Paradoxically speaking this state of the mind processes more 90 percent of any event, this state of the mind is more awake when the conscious is at rest.
